Summary

Thorn Baker Construction are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer for long-term work in and around the Thatcham area.

This role will involve travelling between multiple sites locally, so you must be happy to travel between jobs. Own transport is essential due to site locations.

The Role:

• General skilled labouring duties

  
  

• Assisting trades and site management

  
  

• Maintaining site safety and keeping work areas clear

  
  

• Supporting ongoing projects across various locations

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a skilled labourer

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)

    
    

  • Strong work ethic and reliability

    
    

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
