LOCATION: Hybrid. Working from the Office in London (SW1Y) 3 Days per Week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and 2 Days from Home (Thursday and Friday)

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships & Brand Licensing Executive to lead and develop corporate partnership activation and licensing strategy within a fast-paced marketing environment.
As a Corporate Partnerships & Brand Licensing Executive you will build and deliver integrated marketing plans, manage licensing agreements and drive brand partnerships to meet commercial objectives. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure contractual assets are fully activated.
The Corporate Partnerships & Brand Licensing Executive will report to senior marketing leadership and play a key role in revenue tracking, stakeholder engagement and brand development across multiple markets.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Corporate Partnerships & Brand Licensing Executive include:
• Partnership Management: Oversee day-to-day management of corporate partnerships, ensuring full activation of contractual assets aligned to the agreed marketing plan
• Campaign Delivery: Develop stadium POS, LED advertising, promotional materials and digital marketing campaigns
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams including digital marketing to coordinate social media content and secure partner approvals
• Event Support: Provide on-site and operational support at partnership and promotional events
• Licensing Strategy: Manage licensing agency activity in line with agreed commercial and brand strategy
• Contract Administration: Review Heads of Terms, manage licence agreements, oversee documentation and coordinate contract execution via Docusign
• Brand Compliance: Approve licensee communications, packaging, product designs and press releases to protect brand integrity
• Direct Account Management: Manage key licensees and brand partners, ensuring effective activation of all contractual rights
• IP Management: Coordinate approvals for third-party use of intellectual property including livery and distributor proposals
• Budget & Revenue Tracking: Monitor budgets, track revenue performance and report against commercial targets
• Project Support: Contribute to ad-hoc marketing and commercial projects as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
ESSENTIAL
• Previous experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, licensing or brand partnerships within a marketing role
• Marketing degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong project management skills with experience delivering campaigns to tight deadlines
• Proven experience of stakeholder engagement and relationship management with senior decision-makers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise workload
• IT literate with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, adaptable and able to work independently
• Results-driven with strong commercial awareness
DESIRABLE
• Experience working with multinational brands
• Experience within the lubricants or related industry
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
