Year 4 Teacher – Full-time, long-term and ongoing from ASAP

Duties as Year 4 Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils.
- Assess learning, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
- Create a positive, supportive, and well-managed classroom environment.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to sustain high standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support year-group and whole-school priorities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Contribute to wider school life, including events, trips, and enrichment opportunities.
- Follow all safeguarding, assessment, and teaching policies.
Ideal Year 4 Teacher:
- Holds QTS with experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Demonstrates strong classroom management and positive behaviour strategies.
- Shows a commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Has excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Adapts teaching to meet a range of learning needs.
- Works well as part of a team and contributes positively to the school community.
- Is proactive, reliable, and dedicated to high-quality teaching.
