Summary
Head of Care Quality & Compliance (Nurse)
Head of Care, Head of Quality & Compliance, Nurse Manager, Operations Manager. Telford, Shropshire. Nurse qualified manager required – RGN, RMN, RNLD.
This is a newly created management role to join a growing care group, who provide complex care and care at home services with a presence in the Midlands and North West.
Overseeing a small team of operational managers, you will provide leadership on care quality, compliance, and oversee clinical governance. This is a growing organisation with a focus on expanding with best practice at the core of the strategy.
Their core services are providing support & care at home for adults, including some complex clinical packages, with new services being planned including supported living, ABI, mental health and some childrens’ services.
You will be advising the board of directors on how to deliver the best growth according to clinical best practice, ensuring consistent levels of first-class care are being provided to your clients. As someone who enjoys developing and inspiring teams, you will be hands-on with your leadership style, empowering, mentoring and encouraging those around you in order to create a positive culture where effort is recognised and rewarded.
