Job Title: Electrical Apprenticeship Teacher
Salary:
• Qualified (Level 4 teaching qualification): up to £43,392 FTE
• Unqualified: up to £34,376 FTE
Location: Harlow
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Electrician to join our team and teach Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeships. You’ll play a vital role in preparing learners for successful careers in the building services industry.

You don’t need a teaching qualification to apply – just a passion for sharing your knowledge. We’ll support you to gain your teaching qualification at no cost while you work with us**

What you’ll do
• Deliver high-quality training to Level 3 electrical apprentices
• Share your real-world experience to help learners succeed
• Shape tomorrow’s workforce with your expertise

What we’re looking for
• A qualified Electrician with recent industry experience
• Enthusiasm for developing others and passing on your skills
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible approach
