Summary
Processing online orders is the main role. You will learn how to access and print orders, locate stock, pack, and process via Royal Mail or DHL.
Many of our female customers now love to send us their stock enquiries by WhatsApp. We require an individual to develop this into a sales avenue, which is actually quite simple once you start engaging with the customer and they see images of the stock they are interested in. This can be further developed by showing customers what may go well with a skirt or a top, for example, and putting outfits together.
