We’re looking for an organised, customer-focused Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across Homelessness and the Asylum/Refugee services. You’ll manage shared mailboxes and workflows, arrange appointments and interpreters, maintain accurate case records, support multi-agency meetings (agendas, minutes and action tracking), and produce routine performance reports/trackers. You will also support financial administration, including raising purchase orders (where required), processing invoices, maintaining approval trails, resolving supplier queries, and keeping basic spend trackers to support audit and budget monitoring. You’ll handle sensitive information confidently, work to deadlines, and help the service run smoothly so frontline staff can focus on supporting residents.
