Summary
About the role
We are seeking a creative, digitally minded Content Producer to create high-quality, engaging content that meets audience needs and supports our student recruitment targets.
This is a hands-on, creative role where you will shape how we tell our story through content, including web, social, and email.
Working within a Content Team and closely with the wider Marketing Team, you will produce compelling assets – with a specific focus on short and long-form video. You will collaborate with colleagues to implement strategies that drive brand awareness, manage a busy content calendar, and support the delivery of both small and complex content projects.
Specifically, the introduction of this role and its delivery is focused on a core content project, designed to elevate how we engage with prospective students through digital content.
If you have strong practical experience in digital content delivery, a positive approach to utilising technology, and a passion for higher education - this role could be for you.
Main Responsibilities
Producing, managing, and editing high-quality, user-focused content across websites, social media, blogs, and video channels to align with brand strategy.
Creating compelling multimedia assets alongside the wider team, including short and long-form video.
Developing and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that aligns with campaigns, launches, and key projects/initiatives.
Aligned specifically to a new content project, this role will be responsible for designing and developing highly engaging content suitable for the projects channel functionality and core audiences
Supporting the Content Manager in the delivery of content projects.
Collaborating with marketing colleagues to implement content strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and conversion.
Maximising promotional content creation opportunities to proactively raise the profile of university communications by working collaboratively with teams across Marketing, Communications, Admissions and Recruitment.
