We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to deliver high-quality building services across our site, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all electrical and mechanical systems.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining service performance and supporting day-to-day maintenance activities.

Job Description

We are looking for someone who can confidently direct, coordinate, and evaluate site maintenance tasks while ensuring all work is completed in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong customer focus, effective problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering reliable, world-class building services maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive engineering tasks in line with assigned schedules

Support the Facilities Manager with site maintenance coordination

Work effectively with subcontractors and vendors to deliver services

Use hand tools and test equipment safely and competently

Maintain and repair electrical and mechanical building systems

Read and interpret manuals, technical documents, and regulatory information

Manage and support performance against defined KPIs

Address maintenance-related issues, complaints, and service concerns professionally

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Experience in Electrical Engineering within a building services environment

Background in integrated facilities management within sectors such as Financial Services, Manufacturing, Industry, or Healthcare

Vocational education in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Chartered, Registered, or Licensed Electrical Engineer

Experience working with subcontractors and external vendors

Previous experience at journeyman level for electrical and mechanical systems

Strong ability to interpret manuals, technical documents, and relevant regulations
