We are currently recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Speke. This role is ideal for someone with supervisory experience who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys leading by example while being actively involved in cleaning operations.
Working Hours :
Friday-Sunday 6am-6pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and supporting the warehouse cleaning team
- Hands-on cleaning duties to maintain high standards
- Creating and managing staff rotas
- Stock taking and ordering cleaning supplies
- Providing and arranging training for new hires
- Ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to specification
About You:
- Previous experience in a cleaning or supervisory role
- Hands-on, reliable, and well organised
- Confident managing rotas, stock and training
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
