Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Business & Project Management Partner to join their dynamic Engineering client based in Filton. In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's Landing Gear engineering domain across all commercial programmes.
As the Business & Project Management Partner, your primary duties will include:
- Assuring that business and project management processes are followed within the engineering functional team
- Supporting the engineering team to maintain credible annual and multi-year workload, resource management, and financial plans
- Monitoring and controlling any deviations from the plan
- Assuring that internal and external engineering resource activities are launched and managed in compliance with company policies
- Promoting a mindset of anticipation to identify and address potential risks, opportunities, and workload changes
- Providing guidance and mentoring to the engineering community on business and project management best practices
To be successful in this Business & Project Management Partner role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in Business Management and/or Project Management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to engage, inspire, and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of digital tools
- An agile and flexible mindset, with a willingness to work autonomously and continuously improve
This is a contract role running up to October 2026 with a high chance of extension. Due to being a contract role, there are both PAYE and Umbrella rates available.
