Carbon60 is seeking a skilled and dedicated EHS Administrator to join their clients team based in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, industrial environment and enjoys creating order, managing high-volume data entry, and providing reliable support.

Our client is a leading Aircraft manufacturer whom are dominating the Aviation, Space, and Defence industries. They have recently opened a new site in Belfast and are vastly expanding their team.

As the EHS Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Coordinating visitor PPE and site passes, as well as managing the inventory, distribution, and exchange of employee workwear.
2. Providing weekly FR1 data and monthly waste data reports, as well as maintaining and updating employee contact records.
3. Supporting budget management by raising Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking departmental spend.
4. Managing office space allocations and coordinating travel arrangements for new starters.
5. Assisting in the preparation of the Operational Wing performance packs and compiling documentation for submission to regulatory bodies.
6. Tracking and supporting departmental training requirements to ensure all staff meet safety and compliance standards.
7. Providing cover for Occupational Health (OH) administrative tasks during periods of holiday or sickness.

To excel in this role, you will need to possess strong organisational skills, clear and professional communication abilities, and a "can-do" attitude towards manual processes. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Forms, Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.) is essential for data tracking and report generation. Reliability, with high levels of attendance and punctuality, is vital to ensure no gaps in daily operational support.

This is a rolling contract that will at minimum last until the end of the year. As this is a contract role, we have both PAYE and Umbrella rates available. Due to the nature of our clients business, this role will require you to be fully onsite.

If you are interested in this position and would like to know more, please apply with an updated CV and one of our consultants will be in touch.
