A leading multichannel marketing services business is seeking an experienced and motivated to join its production team in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production operatives to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results


  • Oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process for FSDUs, ensuring quality standards are maintained at every stage


  • Monitor workflow, adjust schedules, and allocate resources to meet deadlines and customer requirements


  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies


  • Collaborate effectively with other departments to support operational success


  • Maintain accurate production, performance, and inventory records


  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture


    Essential Skills & Experience
    • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment


    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team


    • Strong understanding of KPIs, target setting, and quality assurance processes


    • Good level of computer literacy


    • Strong organisational and communication skills


    • Flexible, reliable, and able to perform effectively under pressure
