CNC Press Brake Operator

Plymouth (Belliver Area) | £18.13 per hour + Overtime + Bonus | Continental Shifts 07:00-19:00 | Temp to Perm

Introduction

We are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established sheet metal manufacturer based in the Belliver area of Plymouth. Due to continued growth and investment, they are seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join their skilled production team.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term position with genuine permanent prospects, competitive pay, and additional earning potential through overtime and bonus schemes.

Key Duties

  • Operate CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components.

  • Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.

  • Set and adjust machine parameters as required.

  • Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.

  • Work to production targets in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

  • Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating CNC press brake machinery.

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach.

  • Comfortable working continental shifts, including weekends.

Shift Pattern & Pay

  • £18.13 per hour.

  • Continental shifts, 07:00-19:00.

  • Two-week rotating pattern, including weekends.

  • Overtime opportunities available.

  • Performance-related bonus scheme.
