Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy operation in Lambourn. This is an ongoing opportunity with full training provided and the potential for permanent employment.

You will be working in the yard, ensuring vehicles are loaded efficiently and that the working area is kept clean and safe at all times.

Key Duties
  • Assist with deliveries, unloading and loading of vehicles in the Lambourn yard.

  • Carry out manual handling duties safely and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

  • Follow all health and safety procedures.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a yard or similar environment desirable.

  • Experience in manual handling.

  • Good knowledge of safe working practices.

  • Reliable and able to work as part of a team.

Hours & Pay
  • Monday to Thursday 7am-5pm.

  • Friday 7am-3:30pm.

  • £13.50-£17.00 per hour PAYE.

  • £16.50-£21.00 per hour Umbrella PAYE.

  • Minimum 8 hours' pay guaranteed daily.
