- Cleaning bakery production areas, equipment, and work surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Sweeping, mopping, and sanitising floors and preparation areas regularly.
- Washing trays, utensils, and bakery tools to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are consistently met and adhered to.
- Disposing of waste responsibly and maintaining tidy storage areas.
- Following cleaning schedules and health & safety procedures diligently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally within a food production environment.
- Good attention to detail and reliability in completing tasks to high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a busy bakery setting.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Living locally to Inverness; driving licence is desirable but not essential as the location is accessible by public transport.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to food hygiene is advantageous.
What We Offer
- Full-time weekday hours, Monday to Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. 9.30 start Fridays.
