Our Retail restaurant is one of the busiest food destinations within the building, serving high volumes while maintaining exceptional standards.

As a Retail Chef de Partie, you will run a large production section and contribute to producing 200+ portions daily, delivering fresh, vibrant, and consistent dishes at pace.

This role is ideal for a hardworking and organised chef who thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes real pride in quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

The Role

Run a large production section within a high-volume kitchen

Prepare, cook, and present dishes efficiently to meet service deadlines

Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control

Support the wider kitchen team with a flexible, can-do attitude

Follow recipes and specifications accurately, ensuring allergen compliance and food safety standards are met

Keep your workstation clean, well organised, and compliant with hygiene regulations

About You

NVQ Level 2 (or working towards it) or an equivalent cookery qualification

A genuine passion for producing great-tasting food

Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety principles

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships

A motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service

Supportive, helpful, and a positive team player

Exceptional timekeeping, reliability, and professionalism
