Summary
We are looking for a Horticultural Manager to join our team!
You will play a key role in ensuring the health and vitality of our plants and providing exceptional customer service. You will oversee all aspects of the horticulture department, including plant care, product selection, and staff management. You will also have the responsibility of running the store when needed.
Your knowledge and expertise in horticulture will help us maintain and expand our reputation as the garden centres of choice for our customers.
Additional duties include:
Identify and address plant health issues, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records of plant inventory and conditions.
Ensure plants are well-organised and visually appealing to customers.

Hours of this position are 40 per week over 5 days, working alternate weekends to ensure a healthy work/life balance.
