Summary
Provide administrative support the secretary team. Transcription editing of clinical letters using the Fluency. Closing of patient pathways and referrals - Knowledge of RTT pathways essential. Liaising with other departments/Consultants and other colleagues. Arranging OPD appointments. Patient contact/queries on the telephone. Working as a team member to ensure that targets are met.
