Summary
Oversee the Mitie Estate properties within the agreed region of the UK, building an excellent working relationship with the onsite contacts, being the responsible person and point of escalation for property matters at these sites.
Main Duties
The role of the regional FM manager is to oversee the properties within the region, to ensure each of the properties are completing the below tasks and to ensure all buildings are safe and compliant. Escalating concerns to the Head of Property Estate. The role requires regular audits and strong working relationships with key site contacts. The main responsibilities include:
-Oversee management of all services across region; landscaping, cleaning, security, front of house, maintenance, etc.
-Oversee all projects, ensuring the correct processes and permits are in place.
-Reporting the operational status of each property to senior stakeholders is essential.
-Review remedials from WRA's, FRA's, asbestos registers and confirm safe processes are in place
-Review first aider requirements, first aid boxes, fire wardens, fire extinguisher training, fire drills and defibrillator maintenance and training are all current and in place
-Review site induction forms, QHSE boards and water management log books are up to date and correct procedure is being used
-Ensure property contents audit of equipment, building security status, alarm monitoring and key handing are kept up to date and effectively managed

-Positive and approachable person with can do attitude and an eye for detail
-Experience in managing building facilities, ideally multiple buildings
-Work well under pressure and adapt processes to mould for each site requirements,
-Work well in a team as well as being a strong leader
-Will involve travel within the UK
