Service Advisor
Epsom
£32,000 – £34,000 Basic + £10,000 Bonus
Monday–Friday 8:00am–6:00pm (No Saturdays)
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for a role with excellent earning potential, no weekends, and a supportive main dealer environment?
Our client, a well-established Main Dealer in Epsom, is looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their successful aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn £40,000–£44,000+ OTE while maintaining a healthy work-life balance — Monday to Friday only.

The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, professional, and profitable service experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
• Keeping customers informed throughout the day
• Upselling service plans, tyres, and additional work
• Managing Vehicle Health Check (VHC) opportunities
• Ensuring exceptional CSI and customer satisfaction
• Working closely with technicians and the workshop controller

Earning Potential
£32,000–£34,000 basic salary
£10,000 achievable bonus structure made up of:
• £6,000 performance bonus (currently being achieved)
• Service plan sales (£20–£25 per plan)
• VHC performance (£150 per month)
• Upsell pot (tyres, additional work) – typically £100–£150 per month
Strong performers are comfortably exceeding £40,000 OTE.

• Strong upselling and communication skills
