Summary
People Operations Advisor needed in Stafford
This is a temporary role and the rate is £19.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will provide advice, challenge and support to managers on a range of complex employee relations issues including support of investigations and hearings in accordance with established policies and procedures
They will support managers through Change projects including restructures and TUPE transfers. This will include working with stakeholders to deliver business aims, support with structural design, job evaluation activity and both collective and individual consultation and/or engagement and will support associated People projects, providing operational expertise and insight to ensure projects are delivered and meet their aims.
