Summary
Purpose of the job: To work as part of the Rainbow team under the direction of the Room Leader and Setting Manager. To provide fun, safe, high-quality education and care for young children that meets the individual needs of children attending the setting.
Hours:
Mon 9am to 1pm
Wed 9am to 1pm or 3pm (minus 30 min lunch if working until 3pm)
Thurs 12 to 3pm
(We have some flexibility in start/end times)
Term time only (39 weeks per year)
Pay: £13.50 to £14:50 per hour, plus holiday pay, plus a day off for your birthday. Paid monthly.

We used evidence-based research to ensure we follow best practices across the curriculum. We currently accept children from the term after they turn 2 years old to 4 year of age. We have one room of 2-3 year olds and one room of 2-4 year olds.
