Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the Home, working closely with our Care Team.
Specifically you will:
Perform general housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising all areas.
Deep clean areas as required.
Ensure daily cleaning of communal spaces, toilets, and bedrooms.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and liaise with the Home Manager for replenishment.
Support the care team with bed changes and general upkeep.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth running of the Home.
Undertake training to stay up to date with care sector requirements and health & safety standards.
