Our Teaching and Learning Manager for Maths, Computer Science, Heath & Social Care and Early Years could be the role for you.As our Teaching and Learning Manager for Maths, Computer Science, H&SC and Early Years, you will work collaboratively with a highly motivated and vibrant cluster of curriculum teams to design, develop, manage and review programmes across the different curriculum area, ensuring student needs are met through inclusive high-quality learning and provision. Please note candidates from any subject background will be considered for this post.The work you do with your team will ensure that the student journey at Worthing College is the best it can possibly be and give the students a learning experience they will thrive in and remember.As a Teaching and Learning Manager, you will also have a positive impact on staff within your curriculum team. You will support staff to enhance and improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment by coaching and providing advice, whilst encouraging and supporting innovation.Although primarily a management position, the Teaching and Learning Manager role requires you to teach 3 hours per week, which will enable you to lead by example and ensure you are able to continue your teaching craft.
