We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with over 14 years of experience in IT, including 4 years specializing in Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and managing end-to-end development projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions to meet critical business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Develop using Salesforce tools including Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Aura.
Implement workflows, triggers, and process automation using Process Builder, Flow, and SOQL/SOSL.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases and features for continuous platform improvement.
Manage projects with a focus on Agile and Scrum methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Required Skills and Experience:
Salesforce Expertise: Platform development, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Cloud, and CRM.
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration tools such as REST and SOAP APIs.
Software Development: Experience with Java, J2EE, and frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Struts.
Tools and Platforms: Proficiency in Visual Studio, GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce Developer Console.
Problem-Solving: Ability to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
Languages: Proficiency in English (C2) and basic Japanese (A2).
Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
Experience in Agile project management tools like JIRA.
Familiarity with database technologies like Oracle and SQL Server.
