Summary
We are currently looking for an Installations Coordinator to join our Customer Service Department at our Headquarters in Steeton (West Yorkshire, UK).
Type of Contract: Full Time
Starting Salary: £13.00 P/H increase to be reviewed after probation period passed (+ up to £2400 per year in KPI related incentives)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (Saturdays on a rota 1 in 5)

Key Responsibilities:
Answering the phone and dealing with customer and installer queries in order to provide excellent customer service
Liaising with customers to arrange installations of their stairlift ensuring a smooth and efficient installation
Liaising daily with the Acorn Engineers to arrange appointments and accommodation etc.
Inputting data on to customers records to ensure that customer records are kept up to date at all times
Carrying out general administration duties
Skills and Experience required:
Previous experience within a similar role would be an advantage
Good telephone manner
Good IT and keyboard skills
An outgoing and friendly manner is essential
Good UK geographical knowledge (desirable)
Must be able to display the Acorn Values
