This busy department has a vacancy for a band 6 Specialised Clinical Physiologist. The department offers a wide range of specialist investigations; these include Adult, Paediatric and Neonatal Electroencephalograms (EEGs - Wake and Sleep), Evoked Potentials, Ambulatory, Video Telemetry, and Polysomnography Sleep recordings, both Routine and Urgent Services.

We anticipate that the successful candidate will specialise in Adult, Paediatric and Neonatal services, specialising in an area of interest to both the candidate and in alignment with service needs.

In-house training to acquire the knowledge of departmental protocols in these techniques will be provided.

Training and assessment skills are desirable.

Applicants must be RCCP registered and should possess a BSc in Clinical physiology or other appropriate qualifications. ANS professional body Part 1 success, or a desire to obtain this qualification is very favourable.
