Summary
What you'll be working: Below are our standard working hours but if you are looking for different working hours please feel free to talk to us and we will be as flexible we can around the needs of the service. Working Monday - Friday. 37.5 hrs per week. Predominantly travelling and filming at site locations, with the remainder of the role home-based to edit video content. 3 month fixed term contract. What you'll be doing: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for a wide range of marketing channels including social media, to drive awareness and referral enquiries. Develop scripts and storyboards as part of film production process. Alongside video content, capture on-site photography where possible further showcasing facilities and environments. Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development and Operations teams to organise filming. Manage multiple video projects efficiently, balancing deadlines without compromising quality. What you'll have: Proven experience creating and editing video content for digital and social platforms. 3+ years’ videography experience (filming and editing). Skilled in industry-standard editing software for video, audio, and photography. Understanding of short-form and long-form video content for different social media platforms. Ability to adapt content for different platforms, formats and audiences. Confident filming people, and behind-the-scenes content. Experience micing people and recording high-quality sound on location. Strong storytelling, pacing and visual editing skills. Organised, self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects. A strong eye for detail and brand consistence. A driving licence is preferred, and the successful candidate must have their own film equipment and editing software. Successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS.
