Principal Accountabilities
Customer Experience & Account Management:
• Provide high-quality customer service by promptly addressing queries and resolving issues.
• Assist in managing customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information is maintained for effective communication.
• Support account management efforts by ensuring customer requirements are met within agreed response times and service levels.
Reporting & Sales Data:
• Prepare sales reports and analyse data to identify trends, supporting decision-making and strategy development.
• Collaborate with the sales team to track key financial data, including pipeline status, sales cycle progress, new leads, and achieved sales.
Administrative & Sales Support:
• Manage sales schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain records to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Take ownership of the sales inbox and phone line, ensuring that all inquiries are handled promptly.
• Assist with sales coordination, facilitating communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure sales orders and inquiries are processed efficiently.
CRM & Process Management:
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system (e.g., NetSuite).
• Organise and manage sales materials and assets, ensuring they are accessible and up to date for the sales team.
Marketing Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, events, webinars, and promotional activities that drive client engagement.
Event Support:
• Represent the organisation at sales events and conferences, providing logistical and administrative support.
Additional Duties:
• Undertake other responsibilities aligned with the role, as requested by the Head of Sales.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• Degree educated with ideally some experience in an office/sales setting
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and professionally
• IT Proficient Proven ability to use CRM systems (e.g. NetSuite), managing databases, and creating reports using MS Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to interact effectively with both customers and internal teams.

HOURS OF WORK: Remote Monday – Friday 9.00 - 17.00 1-hour lunch (35-hour week)
Working from home with a visit to the offices once a month for team meetings.
INDUCTION:
On the first day you start with the business you will visit the offices to meet the team and get to understand the training you will be involved. Most training will then take place remotely as you start to understand your key tasks.
HOLIDAY: 25 days annual leave plus UK public holidays.
Your entitlement increases by one day each year after five full years’ service, up to a maximum of 30 days.
SALARY: Circa £25k starting salary with progression on salary as role and knowledge develops
