We’re looking to connect with experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers who are interested in future opportunities in the Thatcham area. If you’re a reliable, professional driver looking to work with a major food retailer, we’d love to hear from you.
You will be delivering chilled, ambient and frozen goods to Marks and Spencer stores, these are easy cage and tail-lift deliveries starting from a clean depot with well-maintained vehicles.
Pay Rates
Days: From £23.20 per hour
Nights: From £27.85 per hour
Weekends: Up to £30.16 per hour
Overtime (after 40 hrs/week): £25.52–£34.80. All rates are PAYE, with holiday pay accrued separately.
Shift Information
Typical start times: 00:00–05:00 and 12:00–21:00
Usual shift length: 10–11 hours
Full training provided following a successful driving assessment.
Requirements:
Valid Class 1 HGV C+E licence
Driver CPC and Tachograph Card
Minimum 12 months of recent HGV driving experience required
No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
