Summary
Kent’s Best Landscapers Ltd are looking for a reliable self-employed labourer to join our team working across Ashford and surrounding areas.
We carry out high-quality landscaping projects including paving, groundwork, drainage, fencing, planting and full garden builds so we need someone practical, hard-working and willing to learn.
Requirements: • Must be self-employed • Must have your own vehicle to get to sites • Punctual, dependable and ready to work outdoors in all conditions • Previous experience in landscaping / construction preferred but not essential • Good attitude • Able to take direction and work as part of a small professional team
What You’ll Be Doing: • Assisting with groundworks and site preparation • Moving materials and keeping sites organised • Helping with paving, fencing, planting and general landscaping works • Learning skills from experienced tradesmen
Pay: Rate dependent on experience and ability.
Work is varied and physical — this is not a “stand around on your phone” role.
