The Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll:

Support residents with daily living tasks like cooking, cleaning, and personal care
Help individuals access the community and leisure activities
Assist with appointments, shopping, finances, and medication
Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
Manage challenging behaviours with resilience and empathy

About the Service:

You’ll work across five supported homes in Worksop, providing 24/7 care in a safe, person-centred environment.
