Summary

Lleoliad gwaith: Coed Pella, Bae Colwyn

Rydym ni’n chwilio am Swyddog Gwasanaethau Pwyllgor trefnus a brwdfrydig sy’n mwynhau gweithio gyda phobl i ymuno â’n Tîm Gwasanaethau Democrataidd. Dyma gyfle gwych i chwarae rhan allweddol i gefnogi prosesau penderfyniadau democrataidd y Cyngor a helpu i sicrhau bod y sefydliad yn cael ei lywodraethu’n dryloyw ac yn effeithiol.

Fel Swyddog Gwasanaethau Pwyllgor, fe fyddwch chi’n gyfrifol am weinyddu cyfarfodydd pwyllgorau ffurfiol y Cyngor yn hwylus a chywir. Mae hyn yn cynnwys paratoi’r rhaglen ar eu cyfer, trafod gyda gwasanaethau, llunio cofnodion clir a chywir a sicrhau bod camau sy’n deillio o gyfarfodydd yn cael eu gweithredu’n briodol. Byddwch hefyd yn gymorth allweddol i aelodau etholedig a chyfetholedig drwy gynnig cyngor ar weithdrefnau cyfarfodydd, trefniadau llywodraethu ac adroddiadau sydd wedi’u cyhoeddi.

Ymunwch â thîm cefnogol sy’n ymroi i sicrhau safonau uchel o ran llywodraethu, gwasanaeth cwsmeriaid, a chynnwys pawb. Os ydych chi’n weithgar, yn rhoi sylw i’r manylion ac yn hyderus i weithio mewn amgylchedd democrataidd prysur, byddai’n braf clywed gennych chi.

Mae'r rôl hon yn cynnig opsiynau gweithio hyblyg ar gyfer cydbwysedd bywyd a gwaith. Gall hyn gynnwys addasu eich diwrnod gwaith a gweithio hybrid, hy cydbwysedd rhwng gweithio yn y swyddfa a gweithio gartref.

Manylion y rheolwr ar gyfer trafodaeth anffurfiol: Sian Williams, Pennaeth Gwasanaethau Democrataidd ( sian.williams@conwy.gov.uk / 01492 576062)

Gofynion y Gymraeg: Mae’r gallu i gyfarthrebu yn y Gymraeg yn ddymunol ar gyfer y swydd hon. Rydym ni wedi ymrwymo i'r Gymraeg ac yn falch iawn o’n diwylliant Cymreig. Rydym yn croesawu ceisiadau yn y Gymraeg a’r Saesneg fel ei gilydd ac ni fydd ffurflenni cais a dderbynnir yn y naill iaith na’r llall yn cael eu trin yn llai ffafriol na’i gilydd. Rydym yn frwdfrydig dros eich cefnogi a’ch annog i ddefnyddio’ch Cymraeg, beth bynnag eich lefel; ac mae gennym ni ddosbarthiadau am ddim ar gyfer pob lefel, wyneb yn wyneb ac ar-lein, i’ch cefnogi chi ymhellach.

We’re looking for an organised, motivated, and people focused Committee Services Officer to join our Democratic Services Team. As a Committee Services Officer, you will be responsible for the smooth and accurate administration of the Council’s formal committee meetings. This includes preparing agendas, liaising with service areas, producing clear and precise minutes, and ensuring actions arising from meetings are followed up appropriately. You will also act as a key support to elected and co opted members by providing advice on meeting procedures, governance arrangements and published reports.
Join a supportive team committed to high standards of governance, customer service, and inclusion. If you’re proactive, detail focused and confident working in a fast paced democratic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
