Summary

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our hotel and restaurant team. This is a varied and hands-on role involving both morning and evening shifts, with responsibility for ensuring excellent guest experiences across hotel operations and restaurant service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and coordinating breakfast service, ensuring high standards of presentation and customer care

Welcoming and assisting hotel guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general enquiries

Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the hotel and restaurant

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times

Handling reservations and communicating effectively with kitchen and housekeeping teams

Assisting with evening restaurant service when required

General front of house duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation of guest areas

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Previous experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant settings (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A friendly, professional, and proactive approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work both morning and evening shifts, including weekends

A positive attitude and commitment to high service standards
