Ruminant Area Sales Manager
Ruminant Area Sales Manager – Feed & Nutrition - South of M5 / Wiltshire - £40,000–£45,000 DOE + Commission + Company Car + Benefits
The Job:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dairy and beef farmers
- Provide nutritional advice and herd performance support
- Develop new business opportunities
- Grow and retain existing accounts
- Monitor market activity and provide territory reports
- Deliver high levels of customer service and on-farm support
The Candidate:
- Experience in agricultural or ruminant sales (or relevant agricultural degree)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with a drive to exceed targets
- Organised and capable of managing a defined territory
- Full UK driving licence
The Package:
- £40,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission
- Company car
