We’re looking for motivated individuals with telesales or customer service experience who want to step into a professional claims handling role with full training and long-term progression.

About the Role

- As a Trainee Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and repairers, guiding them through the claims process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

- This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to develop specialist knowledge in automotive warranty.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Handling inbound and outbound calls relating to warranty claims
- Gathering information from customers, garages, and suppliers
- Accurately recording claim details and updating internal systems
- Supporting customers through the claims journey with clear communication
- Learning how to assess claims against policy terms and discretionary criteria
- Working closely with senior handlers and the technical team
- Delivering excellent service while balancing fairness and commercial awareness

What We’re Looking For

- Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Resilient, calm under pressure, and able to handle challenging conversations
- Willingness to learn technical information (full training provided)
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers

What We Offer

- Clear progression routes into senior claims, technical assessment, or team leadership
- Supportive team environment with hands‑on coaching
- Competitive salary and performance-related incentives
- Modern office, great culture, and long-term career stability
