Duties:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding vehicle servicing and repairs
- Managing workshop appointments and ensuring effective job organisation
- Preparing and issuing invoices, quotes, warranty claims, and parts orders
- Leveraging Garage Management System and OneLink software for workshop administration
- Communicating effectively with technicians to coordinate service delivery
- Explaining technical repairs and recommendations to customers in a clear, professional manner
- Assisting with workshop organisation and stepping into supervisory responsibilities when required
- Supporting the team in maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the motor trade
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and repairs
- Familiarity with Garage Management Software and OneLink experience is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence; vehicle movement responsibilities may be required
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, customer-centric environment
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic, with a focus on team collaboration
- Ambition to develop into a Service Manager role as skills progress
