Duties:

- Prepare vehicle surfaces thoroughly, including priming and sanding, prior to painting
- Apply paint coatings meticulously, ensuring a high-quality finish that matches manufacturer standards
- Mix and tint paints accurately to produce exact colour matches
- Use appropriate respiratory PPE (RPE) and personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout all work processes
- Inspect finished paintwork to ensure smooth, flawless results; polish and correct imperfections as necessary
- Maintain a neat, organised workspace, adhering to health and safety policies at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet production deadlines

Requirements:

- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive or accident repair environment
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle preparation and spraying techniques, including priming, blending, and finishing
- Ability to complete tasks from start to finish independently and within set timeframes
- Strong attention to detail ensuring premium quality standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid UK driving licence is essential for this role
