We are currently looking for an RSP Technician to join the team within our Plymouth Community Equipment Service Centre. This is an
exciting opportunity where you'll be working as part of engaged and motivated team, for a company committed to reward and

Millbrook Healthcare work in partnership with the NHS to supply the necessary equipment and aids to support people in their day
to day life.
As an RSP Technician you will be responsible for controlling and maintaining all specialist non-contract equipment. Oversee the
photographing and control and maintain the recycling and servicing. The role will also incorporate the undertaking of specialist
projects as required and the support of all warehouse activities as deemed appropriate by the operational management team.

About the role:
* Manage the recycling and servicing operation of Specialist Non-Catalogue items.
* Support high standards set for decontamination in accordance with MHRA guidelines
* Ensure all operating procedures are followed, e.g. incoming stock is quarantined appropriately before decontamination, stock is
recycled and put through decontamination process as appropriate, clean stock is maintained and stored appropriately, write off
stock is checked before disposal in accordance with the write off procedures.
* Ensure all stock movements are accurately tracked through Millflow and that all exceptions are dealt with in a timely manner
* Support the Manager in the conduct of and consolidation of periodic and all yearly stock checks and reports including decisions
on write offs and reports for accounting purposes
* Create and maintain key working relationships with Commissioners and Specialist Practitioners as required.
What are we looking for?
* Strong electro-mechanical skills
* Previous warehouse experience and/or decontamination experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the customer
* Good Understanding of Specialist Non-Catalogue Community Equipment
* Good IT skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to cope with pressure.
