As a Technical Trainer your role will involve:
- Deliver a wide range of technical training courses to learners at various levels.
- Design and develop learner‑focused training materials aligned with organisational standards.
- Use blended learning methods, including digital platforms and webinar delivery.
- Manage and maintain a structured training schedule, ensuring all activities are recorded and tracked.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with training delivery, including evaluations and course documentation.
- Review delegate feedback and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure all training delivery aligns with organisational culture and expectations.
- Meet performance objectives and KPIs as defined annually.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong technical background, ideally at an advanced or specialist level.
- Proven experience delivering face‑to‑face technical training to a high standard.
- Ability to deliver a broad range of technical topics confidently and effectively.
- Experience designing and developing training materials that drive measurable performance improvements.
- Strong facilitation, assessment, and evaluation skills.
- Ability to translate technical content into practical, real‑world application for learners.
- Understanding of learning theory, best practice, and blended learning approaches.
- Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
