Week 1: Monday - Friday;
Week 2: Monday - Thursday
Salary: circa £43,000+ per annum (plus overtime Available x1.5/x2)

The Company:
My client, an industry leading manufacturing company, is searching for a qualified maintenance engineer at the front end of their career to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
They are a positive and well organised team and want someone who is looking to develop their skill set, get stuck in and manage their own time and own responsibilities. The Candidate:
The successful candidate should have experience working within an automated manufacturing plant and should be familiar with all industrial mechanical and electrical duties and equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyor systems, chains, motors, control systems, compressors, and various other machine tools and production equipment!
You should have a "can do" attitude, be able to show initiative and enjoy challenging yourself. Furthermore, you should be a team player and be familiar with working on an industrial or fast-paced automation site.
The Role:
Your role will be split between planned and preventative maintenance, as well as projects and setting up equipment and all follow up work including record keeping and ensuring health and safety requirements.
The bulk of your work will be fault-finding, repairs and replacements to ensure the production line runs efficiently as well as overseeing daily checks and the planned maintenance Schedule.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working as an maintenance engineer on an automated manufacturing plant.
- Time-served Mechanical/Electrical apprenticeship or recognised Level 3 qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (must be a NVQ, BTEC, HND, HNC or ONC)
- Familiar with repairing and maintaining hydraulic/conveyor systems is essential!
- Genuine interest to progress and grow with the company long-term.
- Prove ability to manage your own PPM schedule and oversee site breakdowns.
