What will you be doing as the People Officer?
• Guiding managers on the correct application of People policies.
• Supporting with recruitment activity.
• Supporting organisational change processes.
• Contributing to People projects and continuous improvements.
• Working with senior leaders to support operational goals.
What do you need to be considered for the role of People Officer?
• Experience advising managers on Employee Relations cases.
• Available to start within a maximum of 2 weeks' notice.
