An exciting opportunity has opened for a Team Administrator to become a key part of our Landmarc team!

Main Responsibilities
- Processing work orders accurately and efficiently
- Capturing and inputting data into internal systems
- Uploading and managing key documents
- Taking clear and concise notes during meetings
- Handling incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Providing administrative support to management
- Supporting the day‑to‑day running of operations and liaising with the facilities team
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and contractors
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and documentation
- Assisting with KPI tracking and reporting for site operations, maintenance, and accommodation services
The Ideal Candidate
- Strong office and administration skills
- Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software tools
- Ability to use bespoke and off‑the‑shelf systems
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience in note‑taking or minute‑taking
- UK Driving licence essential due to rural location
