Summary

Our client, a well-established and respected educational institution, is seeking a compassionate and adaptable individual to join their team of SEN specialists. In this role, you will have the chance to work closely with students, tailoring your approach to meet their unique learning needs and helping them reach their full potential.

As a Part-time SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalised, one-on-one or small group instruction to students with a diverse range of special educational needs, including but not limited to learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and physical disabilities. Your role will be to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, where each student feels empowered to grow and thrive.

The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEN teaching methodologies, with the ability to design and implement engaging, multi-sensory lessons that cater to the individual learning styles of your students. You will be adept at developing and utilising a wide range of assistive technologies and educational resources to enhance the learning experience.

In addition to your strong pedagogical skills, you will be an exceptional communicator, able to build meaningful connections with students, parents, and the wider educational team. Your ability to collaborate effectively and provide regular progress updates will be essential in ensuring the continuous support and development of each student under your care.

Remuneration for this part-time role will be £30 to £40 per hour, reflecting the value our client places on your expertise and the significant impact you will have on the lives of their students.
