We are partnering with a forward-thinking secondary school in Redbridge to recruit a Head of Science. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Science teacher who is ready to take ownership of curriculum development, departmental culture, and student outcomes.
The successful candidate will have at least three years' teaching experience and the confidence to lead a diverse team across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating current practices, addressing challenges, and raising standards through strong leadership, clear direction, and high expectations.
