Long Term Futures are supporting a secondary school in Camden to appoint a motivated and experienced Deputy Head of Key Stage 3.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an ambitious teacher ready to step into a strategic pastoral and academic role, supporting the Head of KS3 in driving standards, behaviour and student progress across the key stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the strategic leadership of KS3
- Drive academic progress and behaviour standards
- Monitor attendance, attainment and student wellbeing
- Lead on pastoral systems and year group support
- Work closely with SLT, Heads of Year and subject leaders
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- QTS and strong secondary teaching experience
- Experience in middle leadership or pastoral leadership
- Strong understanding of KS3 curriculum and assessment
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Commitment to high standards and student outcomes
