The Opportunity:
Long Term Futures are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Qualified Secondary Teacher to join a well-established and inclusive secondary school in the Southwark area from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a committed practitioner to deliver high-quality subject teaching across KS3 and KS4, supporting pupils to achieve strong academic progress in a structured and supportive school environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in your subject specialism
* Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress in line with school expectations
* Support pupils with varying learning needs, including SEN where required
* Contribute to departmental planning and whole-school initiatives
* Build strong relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and colleagues
* Uphold high standards of behaviour, safeguarding, and professional practice
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* PGCE qualification (essential)
* Experience teaching in a UK secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
* Reflective, adaptable, and student-centred approach
* Commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and high academic standards
