Summary

Pinnacle Group is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our Workplace cleaning team based across the North West area. Travelling between multiple designated sites to deliver consistently high standards of cleaning with regular journeys to sites located in Preston, Manchester, Cheshire, Morecambe, and other surrounding areas.

Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments.

Mobile Cleaners are provided with a company vehicle, an EV charge card, and a company mobile phone. These resources support efficient travel management, real-time communication, and access to schedules, instructions, and reporting systems.

We are offering a Permanent Role of 40 hours per week. Flexibility is key, as the position operates five days per week, with the potential requirement to work weekends when operational demands arise.

Working hours may include early morning and late afternoon shifts to ensure cleaning duties are completed at appropriate times for each site.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Travel is an essential part of the role, so you will need to be reliable, flexible, and capable of working independently.
  • To travel to various building locations within your region to deliver high level cleaning services to include
  • Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, Recycling, Replenishing Consumables, Buffing, Scrubber Drier.
  • To ensure appropriate PPE/Uniforms are always used during working hours
  • Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times
  • Ensuring that all visited locations are left in a clean and tidy state.
  • Maintenance of records relating to tasks performed, timesheets, materials, vehicles and equipment.
  • Maintenance of vehicles and machinery, and reporting vehicle defects.

Key requirements will include:

  • UK Manual Drivers' licence ** essential
  • Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
  • The ability to work as an individual and be able to demonstrate initiative
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety legislation and safety procedures, including the knowledge of the use of chemicals (COSHH)
  • To have experience cleaning in different environments such as offices, warehouses, retail
  • Excellent customer liaison skills, together with a commitment to customer service.
  • Punctuality is essential, as Mobile Cleaners must arrive promptly for each scheduled assignment
