Summary
Essential criteria An awareness of all regulatory catering hygiene requirements. Good food preparation skills. Able to follow written and given instructions. Previous experience of working in a commercial catering environment. Allergen Training. To be able to fulfil the physical demands of the role. Level Two Food Hygiene certificate or IEHO - (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate). Desirable criteria Awareness of health and safety, handling and lifting. COSHH regulations. Able to work with minimum supervision. Previous experience of working in a commercial catering environment. Allergen Training. To be able to fulfil the physical demands of the role. Level Two Food Hygiene certificate or IEHO - (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate).
